Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a culturally sensitive Lean Six Sigma training program
• Create certification-ready content for various Six Sigma levels and deliver virtual training sessions
• Produce high-quality training materials and adapt programs to meet the needs of federally operated healthcare environments

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering Lean Six Sigma training programs
• Proven ability to create engaging virtual learning experiences
• Deep knowledge of Six Sigma principles and methodologies
• Experience developing training for federally operated healthcare environments
• Ability to produce comprehensive training materials and track participant progress
