Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and modules for the Veteran Services Quality Support
• Facilitate training sessions for practitioners in the VBA provider network
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in online learning and e-learning content development
• 5+ years in an instructional design role
• 2+ years of experience in classroom training or workshops
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, InDesign, SnagIt, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of training theories, adult learning theory, and educational pedagogy
