Senior IT Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior IT Endpoint Engineer to enhance client security and manage a diverse technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create software packages, manage deployment, patch management, and encryption across various operating systems
• Collaborate with IT Support to identify and resolve issues, enhancing productivity for staff and end users
• Work with the Information Security team to mitigate risks and maintain compliance with security standards

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT managing and deploying Mac, ChromeOS, Windows, and Linux machines
• Experience with enterprise management solutions for Mac, including MDM and EDR
• Proficient in scripting languages such as shell, Python, or Swift for automation
• Strong knowledge of desktop security practices, including anti-virus and encryption
• Experience managing a large fleet of Macs in a corporate environment
