Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in retention/lifecycle marketing, preferably in DTC or eCommerce
- Proven success in scaling personalized multi-channel journeys
- Deep knowledge of platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, and Braze
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in RFM and churn prediction
- Experience with subscription or mobile-first products
