Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor end-to-end machine learning workflows in Databricks
• Fine-tune LLMs and sentence transformers to enhance retrieval task performance
• Leverage AI, deep learning, and NLP techniques for improved product matching and semantic search

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Machine Learning, Physics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 3 years of related experience in machine learning
• Experience with SQL for data mining and exploratory data analysis
• Knowledge of deep learning and NLP techniques
• Experience in enhancing decision-making through data insights
