Senior Managed Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Managed Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth support and proactive maintenance for a diverse customer base
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ingestion, indexing, and system performance issues
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for high-impact technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical support, search technology, or software development
• Expertise in Lucene/Solr or Lucidworks Fusion
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Java and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python preferred)
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and containerization technologies
