Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics leadership roles with experience managing cross-functional data teams
• Expert-level SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake and Azure Synapse
• Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect data insights to business strategy
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and advanced Python skills for data analysis and modeling
