A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, Dasher.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy for Dashers, focusing on onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn mitigation
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of eight Lifecycle Marketers to execute impactful campaigns
- Oversee all CRM programs and campaigns to ensure a cohesive and personalized Dasher experience
Required Qualifications
- 8 or more years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing
- 3 or more years of experience managing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of delivering business impact through cross-channel marketing programs
- Hands-on experience with CRM technology platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
