Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics Engineering to lead and grow their Analytics Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics engineers while managing projects and translating business needs into technical requirements
• Define the strategic roadmap for analytics engineering, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements while managing the lifecycle of automation projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with a focus on complex data pipelines and data warehouses
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams of data/analytics engineers
• Expert proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT frameworks and tools
• Extensive experience with data warehousing technologies and familiarity with business intelligence tools
