Senior Manager of Product Design

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design for Individual & Family Plans (IFP).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team to provide strategic insights for IFP products and ensure competitive positioning
• Lead the development of ACA-compliant plans and execute off-exchange product strategies
• Identify new product opportunities and drive cross-functional initiatives for innovative offerings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
• 8+ years of experience in product strategy, benefit design, or health insurance, preferably in IFP or Small Group ACA markets
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong understanding of ACA regulations and product lifecycle management
• Experience with third-party vendor management preferred
