Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Process Innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional workshops to design and document end-to-end business processes focused on associate experience
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for process health and performance tracking
- Identify and prioritize inefficiencies in business processes, leading initiatives to streamline workflows and improve associate satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in business process design, analytics, or business transformation
- Experience with business process mapping/modeling tools and data analytics platforms
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Prior consulting or hospitality industry experience is preferred
