Senior Manager, Receivables Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Receivables Management, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers and partners to ensure timely collections
• Develop and implement collection strategies and manage risk to decrease DSO/Past due percentage
• Prepare monthly management reports and track team goal achievement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in collections/receivable management role with multi-million-dollar collections volume
• Management experience at the Sr. Manager level
• Collections experience from the technology industry, preferably software
• Experience with Salesforce and Workday; Esker is a plus
• Experience in automation processes and driving operational efficiency involving AI tools
