Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify trends in key metrics related to AR aging, collection rates, and contractual adjustments
• Develop partnerships with various teams to create practice-specific RCM strategies and improve performance
• Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, enhancing financial transparency and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in finance or related field preferred
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or analytics
• Deep expertise in advanced analytics and financial systems
• Experience leading change in a large public company
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial topics to executives
