Senior Manager, Salesforce Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Engineering, Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the strategy and oversee implementation for the Salesforce Health Cloud & Lifesciences Cloud Technical Product Team
• Drive the creation of application and technical design standards, integrating Salesforce into the company's infrastructure
• Manage multiple Salesforce Product Team squads and engage with executive leadership to enhance patient support programs

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's degree with 4 years, Bachelor's degree with 6 years, Associate's degree with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Information Systems experience
• Experience in leading technical Feature and DevOps teams in enterprise-class CRM systems
• Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform Builder
• Hands-on technical and solution implementation experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform
• Demonstrable knowledge of the capabilities and features of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
