Senior Manager, Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Security Program Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs by defining scope, schedule, and risk plans, ensuring timely delivery and progress reporting
• Develop teams by mentoring staff, removing roadblocks, and managing interdependencies
• Initiate processes and manage the impact of programs on operational processes, ensuring quality project delivery

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Expert level experience in security fundamentals and understanding of security principles and policies
• Demonstrated management experience in performance management and team leadership
• Knowledge of HIPAA, SAS70, CoBIT, SOX, NIST, CIS, and data privacy practices and laws
• Bachelor's of Science degree in information technology or a related discipline is required; Master's degree preferred
• CISSP, CISA, CISM, MCP, and MCSE certifications preferred
