Senior Medical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Medical Writer to provide high-quality medical and scientific writing in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary author for clinical documents, including study reports and protocols
• Research, write, or edit complex clinical and scientific documents, ensuring compliance with quality processes
• Review documents prepared by junior team members and provide training and mentorship

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/CRO industry
• Experience working within Functional Service Provider (FSP) environments is preferable
• Additional qualifications in medical writing (AMWA; EMWA; RAC) are advantageous
• Equivalency of education, training, and/or directly related experience may be considered
