Senior Middleware Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Middleware Engineer to join their Enterprise Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to define project requirements and assist in system architecture design for .NET-based services
• Develop and maintain scalable services and APIs using .NET within a cloud environment, implementing best practices for security and versioning
• Plan and execute all phases of testing and provide support to application users while ensuring alignment throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of software application development experience, including 1-2 years as a Developer focused on modern .NET and cloud-based services
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) expertise in C#/.NET and experience with SOA patterns and microservices architecture
• Experience with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) and scripting using bash/Shell/Python/Powershell
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Integration/Delivery (CI/CD) technologies
