Senior Oncology Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Oncology Business Intelligence Lead Analyst to join their USON Impact Analytics team in a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics support for the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) program and performance analysis
• Develop and execute a strategic analytics roadmap to deliver key performance insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate clinical quality and financial initiatives in Alternative Payment Models (APMs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and business intelligence, with leadership in Alternative Payment Models
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Strong understanding of oncology data, including EHR and pharmacy systems
• Familiarity with CMS Alternative Payment Models is preferred
