Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across ecommerce and lead generation accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage campaign builds, optimizations, pacing, and reporting for active ecommerce accounts
- Lead end-to-end management of Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads, developing full-funnel paid media plans
- Mentor at least two direct reports while collaborating with cross-channel teams to enhance media strategies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Paid Media experience with advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
- Proven success managing ecommerce accounts and seasonal/holiday campaigns
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K-$500K across multiple clients
- Strong technical expertise in GA4, GMC, and GTM; familiarity with Looker Studio preferred
- Ability to balance hands-on strategy and execution with leadership and mentorship responsibilities
