Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Partner Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define all aspects of the Specialization program, including requirements and key performance indicators
• Track partner performance and analyze data to optimize engagement processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management for enterprise solutions
• Experience designing partner programs for various partner types including Carriers and System Integrators
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
• Proven ability to plan and execute a start-to-finish business strategy
