Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Enterprise 5G partner enablement team to define partner requirements
• Define all aspects of the Specialization program, including requirements and performance indicators
• Engage with internal stakeholders to align on partner program goals and drive program efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management
• Experience with various partner types, including Carriers and System Integrators
• Proven track record in planning and executing business strategies
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model
