Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist who will manage payroll operations from input to deposit.
Key Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end, semi-monthly multi-state payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage off-cycle payments and reconcile earnings, taxes, benefits, and GL accounts
- File payroll taxes and statutory reports on time, while auditing and improving workflows
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep knowledge of U.S. payroll tax and benefits regulations
- Fluency in cloud payroll or ERP platforms and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with PEOs, EORs, and administering international payroll
