Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Pension Consultant/Team Lead to manage high-profile retirement plans and guide a team in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage 30-40 high-profile 401(k) and cross-tested plans while overseeing an additional 70-80 plans
- Perform compliance testing and oversee trust accounting for accurate financial reporting
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of retirement plan administration experience in a TPA environment
- Prior experience in peer review, supervision, or team leadership strongly preferred
- Deep expertise in 401(k) compliance, contribution calculations, and nondiscrimination testing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly advanced Excel for data analysis
- Familiarity with recordkeeping platforms and ability to manage data and reports
