Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to solve complex insurance-related problems
• Design user experiences that simplify claims submission and enhance client understanding of coverage
• Conduct user research and advocate for user needs to improve workflows and internal processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or user experience design, preferably in healthcare or fintech
• A portfolio showcasing an understanding of user needs and ability to create seamless experiences
• Proficiency in digital design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma
• Experience in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments with a focus on user research
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
