Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead user experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including research, wireframes, prototypes, and refinement
• Design intuitive, data-rich interfaces for technical users to understand and act on complex information
• Define and maintain a cohesive design system and collaborate with product managers and engineers

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a product designer or UX/UI designer, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS
• Experience as the first or lead designer in a startup or growth-stage company
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing intuitive, data-dense user interfaces
• Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping methods
• Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices
