Key Responsibilities
- Unifying, activating, and analyzing customer data while integrating with transaction tools
- Integrating data from multiple sources and enabling real-time personalization through streaming ingestion
- Aligning transaction systems and data warehouses with internal process controls and managing consent-based marketing
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in marketing operations, Martech, or related functions
- At least 7+ years in a functional architect or senior business systems role
- Expertise in tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, campaign execution, and marketing performance reporting
- Knowledge of go-to-market processes from lead to quote, with a functional understanding of Salesforce CRM
