Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the data product backlog, prioritize initiatives, and ensure timely delivery through agile practices
• Partner with customer-facing product managers to define and own their reporting needs, ensuring consistency across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, data strategy, or analytics platform leadership
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics workflows
• Experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) and AI tooling preferred
• Experience in a regulated industry is required; financial services or lending technology experience is a plus
