• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in fintech
• Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
• Experience working on EWA, payments, or adjacent financial products
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance considerations
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
