Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Messaging Orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of message sending pipelines and message lifecycles across all channels
• Create a feature roadmap that aligns business demands with technical needs across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams
• Define strategies to improve engagement tracking and alleviate messaging pipeline bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, particularly in messaging ecosystems
• Experience with API design related to messaging and reporting use cases
• Familiarity with message throughput and delivery constraints
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on high-priority projects
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and define necessary documentation
