Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive strategy and execution for consumer-facing digital experiences and underwriting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the digital experience related to the underwriting process, including application flows and customer communications
- Define and maintain detailed product requirement documents, incorporating stakeholder input and user research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automations and digital experiences that improve revenue and servicing efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services or a related digital environment
- Ability to balance short-term wins with a long-term product vision aligned with company strategy
- Experience managing and optimizing digital customer experiences with empathy for the end user
- Proven ability to lead product development squads in delivering high-impact features from planning to execution
- Strong analytical skills and experience owning key performance indicators related to customer experience and process efficiency
