Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Staking + DeFi product strategy to optimize performance and enhance the Rewards platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver product innovations that drive adoption and growth
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and ensure alignment with customer needs

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or crypto
• Strong technical background in computer science or software engineering, with knowledge of blockchain technologies
• Experience with non-custodial wallets and DeFi integrations
• Proven track record of collaborating with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products
• Passion for blockchain technology and experience managing product lifecycles from conception to launch
