Senior Product Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Product Ops Specialist to support and scale their Earn products.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Earn Core pod with a focus on staking and stablecoin enablement
• Drive operational processes related to staking asset additions and integrations
• Partner with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Ops (or similar) experience, ideally in technical product areas
• Experience with passive income generating financial products
• Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Deep crypto knowledge and a history of using staking products is a plus
