Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or master's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in program management
• Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or in the human services sector
• Proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience implementing technology to meet program needs
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with data and databases
