Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a pipeline of projects, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder experience
- Break complex projects into manageable actions, establishing timeframes and prioritizing tasks
- Serve as the senior point of contact for project-related communications and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma with 4-5+ years of experience or a bachelor's degree with 2-3+ years in a similar role managing complex projects
- 2+ years of experience in developing detailed project plans using various methodologies
- 2+ years of leadership experience with a focus on enhancing customer experience
- Exceptional prioritization and time-management abilities
- Hands-on experience with advanced project management tools and familiarity with quality assurance and risk management
