Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Project Manager Senior/Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support independent agents in business growth through project management
• Lead planning, communication, and management of large, complex projects
• Guide teams in gathering, testing, and implementing project requirements

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of seven years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least four years of related work experience
• Experience in the P&C insurance industry is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management principles is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
