Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Patient Engagement and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Patient Engagement and Recruitment solutions for high-priority clients
• Oversee project delivery from scoping to post-launch support, ensuring milestones are met and risks are managed
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and driving satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a CRO, biopharmaceutical, clinical trial, or healthcare technology environment
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with strategic importance
• Deep understanding of clinical trial operations, patient recruitment strategies, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in project management tools and strong technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus
