Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Specialist to develop high-quality, competitive proposals in response to various procurement solicitations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and align proposal content
• Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of proposal drafts to ensure clarity and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in RFP writing and proposal management, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational procurement processes and priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms
• Experience in educational publishing, curriculum solutions, or edtech is preferred
