A company is looking for a Sr. Proposal Writer to support client acquisition and retention through the creation of competitive proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales-related documents
- Ensure written deliverables align with strategic and financial goals
- Manage proposal content and contribute to departmental efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or a Communications-related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years of experience in proposal writing and project management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a Health Care environment is preferred
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues
