Senior Quality Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Analyst (ServiceNow).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional and automation testing efforts across multiple projects
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in QA with strong functional and automation testing expertise
• Hands-on experience with Playwright and similar automation tools
• Exposure to ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Experience in stakeholder management
