Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead the transformation of quality practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the automation-first quality strategy across the engineering organization
• Build, mentor, and scale a blended team of SDETs, QA engineers, and QA analysts
• Architect, implement, and continuously improve automation frameworks for testing

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation
• 2+ years of experience leading QA teams, including SDETs and QA analysts
• Proven success in implementing shift-left and automation-first QA strategies
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and modern SDLC practices
