Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Quality / Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
- Utilize procedural and technology automation to enhance quality assurance support
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide insights for process and policy enhancements based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in quality assurance and analysis within the Healthcare industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of two or more MMIS business areas and experience partnering with operations staff
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software in contact center operations
