Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Quality / Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Utilize procedural and technology automation to enhance quality assurance support
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide insights for process and policy enhancements based on data analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years in quality assurance and analysis within the Healthcare industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of two or more MMIS business areas and experience partnering with operations staff
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software in contact center operations
