Senior Quality Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Quality Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead a team of Quality Engineers and Architects for SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant products
• Establish and champion the technical vision for quality across the organization
• Spearhead the evolution of test automation strategy and enhance testing efficiency using AI/ML

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience in Quality Engineering, with 3 years in a multi-tenant SaaS environment
• Proven success in hiring and developing engineering talent
• Expertise in designing modern test automation frameworks for UI and API testing
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade technology stacks and cloud-native environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
