Senior Risk Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of the ERM framework and facilitate risk governance activities
• Lead enterprise-wide risk and controls assessment and collaborate with business units to identify emerging risks
• Develop and maintain enterprise risk dashboards and prepare risk reports for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or information technology or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in banking, risk, or a related field
• Understanding of risk governance frameworks and financial institution regulatory requirements
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CRMP, MBA, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP
• Experience with GRC platforms like Quantivate, NContracts, or Archer
