Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, development, testing, and deployment of complex solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Drive integrations with third-party platforms and legacy systems, ensuring performance and security
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development, including 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, OmniStudio Developer) are strongly preferred
• Extensive experience in architecting complex Apex solutions and developing integrations with external APIs
• Proficiency in developing large-scale Experience Cloud portals and reusable Lightning Web Components
