Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP SuccessFactors LMS system configuration and management
• Manage user accounts and upload learning content to maintain an organized LMS
• Support system integrations and reporting functions to enhance LMS functionality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in LMS administration, with at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Experience with SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and data analysis/reporting tools
• 8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree
