Senior Server Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Server Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a trading environment consisting of Windows servers, including planning and implementing new projects
• Proactively monitor the virtual environment for performance and capacity, taking necessary remediation steps
• Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for production environments and ensure compliance with change and incident management policies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Windows server environments
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS (2012/2016/2019/2022) and associated enterprise components
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft cluster technologies
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere and SAN/EMC storage solutions
• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL
