Senior ServiceNow Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join their IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across various modules
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solution architecture
• Provide technical leadership and oversee complex integrations with third-party systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including 3 years as an Architect
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and processes
• Proven experience with ServiceNow application development and integrations
