Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications and integrations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while participating in code reviews
• Monitor ServiceNow performance, provide operational support, and conduct root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and capabilities
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods
