Key Responsibilities
- Transform social data into strategic insights for brand and marketing decisions
- Build dashboards and define processes for actionable social listening insights
- Monitor social trends and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance community engagement
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in an analytics, research, or insights role
- At least one (1) year of experience analyzing social data
- Bachelor's degree in market research, analytics, engineering, economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with social listening tools, preferably Brandwatch
