Senior Software Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Design Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their Service Quality Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Service Quality team to improve platform services and ensure reliability
• Own incidents from detection to resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain a Python-based test framework for automated testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial SaaS platforms
• Experience with troubleshooting, validation, and analysis
• Proficiency in AWS and monitoring tools like Splunk, Cloudwatch, and DataDog
• Automation experience across APIs, UI, and performance testing
